Delivery charges are based on weight and vary with the shipping address. Small items up to two kilos are sent by Royal Mail. Larger items are sent by FedEx. FedEx operate diffeerent rates for the Highlands of Scotland, all offshore islands and Northern Ireland. These rates are calulated automatically at the checkout.
At present our online shop only calculates shipping to destinations in the UK, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. For shipping destinations outwith the British Isles please contact us.
Delivery Times
Small items are send 2nd Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days Larger items are sent next day / 2 days with Fedex carriers. This requires a signature.
Returns
Goods to be returned must be notified to AUTO RAE-CHEM within two days of receipt of goods by the Customer, as goods correctly supplied may not be returned without AUTO RAE-CHEM'S agreement. Goods so returned must be in resaleable condition, appropriately packed, consigned (carriage paid) and accompanied by a packing note stating full details and date thereof together with the reason for return. A restocking charge of 15% will be levied.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled at any time before it has been shipped. After shipping, the returns policy above will apply.
